Returns & Refunds

Under Saudi E-Commerce Law, consumers have the right to return and receive a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition.

Returns do not include parts that have been installed, electrical parts, or parts imported specifically for the customer's request.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspecting the returned product.
